I recently read a post on passion and it made me think of how I don't know what the future holds where it leads and what paths to venture on at times. I hope my decisions are proper and are best for my family. But I am never 100% accurate no matter how much planning is done. One of passion's greatest killers is fear. We often stop doing what we are truly passionate about before even trying because of fear. Most of my days are spent planning, creating solutions and providing our clients service along with managing our team. Planning is the trickiest. I have learned it takes an open mind, risk management, observing past failures, creation and focus. For me focus is the hardest part of it. Originally I started the business because of my passion in Audio Visual Systems. My original and main passion started with car audio then grew to Home Theaters Systems. With this passion, education, WORKING hard and assistance from my then girlfriend now wife and mother of my two beautiful daughters iMedia was created. iMedia has evolved into what is now Yamada Technologies. Long story made short passion was the original driving force that drove me on the path where I am now. When we started on this path I did not know the exact plan or future but followed what I was passionate about and everything has always fallen into place. It was nice to be reminded about passion as it's that which gives us purpose. When we have that purpose then we look forward to the everyday adventures, challenges, lesson and experiences they create. Remembering this passion clears the fog and helps to focus back on the ultimate goal, that which we believe in. Be passionate and work hard in what you believe and everything else will fall into place.
